How can I make factory data reset on my phone?
Go to “Menu” “Settings” “Restore settings” Enter password, press “OK”. Default password is “1234” you will be asked “Restore settings and restart the phone”, press “Yes”.
Please note that after factory data reset all personal data added by the user will be lost (except SIM card and memory card), which includes: pictures, audio, video, etc. Back up all useful information before phone factory data reset.
