If the TV remote does not work properly, please follow the below methods to do the troubleshooting:
1. Check whether the remote has a battery;
2. Check whether the remote emits IR signal
- Open the front facing camera from mobile phone
- Point the remote at the camera
- Press any button on the remote
- If RC is working properly, then user should see a flickering light come from the IR blaster.
3. If the remote has power supply but still does not work, please check if the TV could be managed by using the APP TCL Home.
4. If the TV could be managed by using the APP, the TV remote is defective.
5. If the TV cannot be managed by using the APP, maybe the remote sensor of the TV is defective. Please contact the after-sales team to do the warranty service.
