What can I do if the TV cannot connect to a wifi network successfully?

If the TV cannot connect to the wifi network successfully, please follow the below methods to do the troubleshooting:

1. Switch to another wifi network.
2. Ensure the password you input is the correct one.
3. Check whether the SSID and the password of the wifi network include a special character.
4. Change the wifi channel of the wifi network on the router. Generally, the recommended wifi channel is 1, 6, and 11.
5. Check the date and time setting on the TV.
6. Try to restore the TV back to the factory default settings. Press the Settings   button on the TV remote, then select Settings --> System --> About --> Reset --> Factory Reset:
