Does the monitor support receiving audio from HDMI and outputting it via USB?

No, it does not support this. We recommend connecting a USB-A audio device to the USB port of the monitor and simultaneously connecting the USB-B upstream cable to the computer host. Install the USB audio device driver on the computer host to achieve the desired effect.
