When playing games or watching videos, suddenly the screen goes black, and the TCL indicator light flashes twice in white. After one or two seconds, it returns to normal.

Users are advised to disable FreeSync. If the frame rate fluctuates too much or falls below the minimum signal range of 48Hz on N card FreeSync, it can cause the screen to go black and then reacquire the signal.
