Why is the OSD refresh rate a fixed value and does not change with the game frame rate?

The OSD real-time refresh rate displays the real-time signal refresh rate extracted from the graphics card, which may not necessarily equal the frame rate in the game. To change the refresh rate, enable the "Freesync Premium" switch in the OSD, and also enable the G-SYNC function in the graphics card settings for N cards. As shown in the picture
