Why can't I adjust the brightness when HDR is enabled with a DP connection, but I can with an HDMI connection?

According to VESA HDR recommendations, we have set up two modes: "HDR Game Mode" and "HDR Movie Mode," corresponding to HDR 400 and HDR 1400 standards, respectively. These modes allow you to achieve standard HDR effects without complex settings.
