TCL 93 series | Software Upgrade Guidelines:
To upgrade your soundbar's software, follow these steps:
1. Download the TCL Home app from the app store and open it.
2. Login or create your TCL Home app account.
3. Set your corresponding country.
4. Agree to the TCL global privacy notice to use the app.
5. Follow the prompts to link your device.
6. Check for a new firmware version.
Click on the top right corner of your linked device's main menu.
Look for a red dot next to the firmware version, indicating an available upgrade.
7. During the upgrade, your soundbar will display corresponding prompts.
8. The soundbar will restart after the upgrade is complete. Do not close the app or unplug the power cable during the upgrade process.
Note:
If the upgrade fails, try upgrading again or unplug and plug in the power cable before trying again.
