For the TCL TV, you could customize the brightness and other settings of the picture.
Below are the steps about how to set up the picture for your reference:
On the TV remote, please press the Setting 
button;
On the popping-out menu, select Settings --> Display & Sound --> Picture:
On the picture menu, you could select the picture mode, customize the brightness and the color saturation, and so on.
