What can I do if the 4K video has no audio when I play the video from the USB drive?

If the TV cannot play the video with audio together from the USB drive, please follow the below methods to do the troubleshooting:

1. Check whether another video could be played with audio on the TV properly.
2. Check the audio format of the video. Usually, most TCL TVs support the video/audio decoding: H.265/H.264.MPEG1/2/4/WMV.
