It is because of the special material of the NXTPAPER screen, repeated friction with metal can result in metal powder adhering to the pits on the screen surface. The residue of metal powder leads to the appearance of scratch-like marks.
If there are scratch-like marks on the touch screen, please try to clean it as instructed.
a) Please try to use the HB or 2B eraser (the harder, the better) to rub them first.
b) Use a toothpaste (with a half of pea-sized) to clean the screen.
c) Or clear with a cream cleaner which containing abrasives (with a half of pea-sized).
