You can solve the problem by following one of the three steps:
1. Make sure that the “S/PDIF and ARC” is set to PCM-Stereo under TV’s setting -> Audio Setting
2. Try turning off and then turning on the TV and the soundbar.
3. Try changing the Channel on the TV
4. Try changing the source on the soundbar
