What should I do when the TCL Home App reminds me that the Robot Vacuum Cleaner is offline?

If your Robot Vacuum Cleaner appears offline from the TCL Home App, we recommend the following:

• Check whether the router status is working properly and ensure the network is unblocked.

• Check whether the Wi-Fi name or password has been modified recently. If so, please reconnect the network to new credentials to solve it.

• If the device has been bound or connected by other people, please reconnect the network to solve it.
