What should I do if the NFC (Near Field Communication) function doesn’t work?
a) Please check the support information on your device’s packaging to see whether it supports NFC functionality.
b) Check whether the NFC function is enabled. Go to “Settings”->“Connections” ->“NFC”->touch the trigger to enable the NFC function.
c) Try to reset or update your device. (Refer to “How can I perform a factory reset on my device in the Back Up & Reset module” & “How can I upgrade my device in the Basic Settings module”).
