Each device has a unique HW ID. If your device hardware driver needs to be upgraded or reinstalled:
a) Download the corresponding “XXXX_QL328_Driverpackage” from “Software” section and unzip it. Please pay attention that the driver package for B220G and B220G1 are different.
b) Open the “Device Manager”, and then check the Hardware ID info as below.
c) Find out the “Driver Package” which is corresponding to “Hardware ID” from information table as below.
d) Update the Unknown Device please select the corresponding driver.
