What should I do if the touchpad closed and does not work?
When the touchpad is closed, please connect a mouse to laptop well first.
Reactive the touchpad by accessing the start menu -> “Settings” -> “Bluetooth & devices” -> “Touchpad” -> Touch toggle to turn touchpad on.
