Why can’t my laptop display full screen after reducing the resolution?
The laptop screen has only one optimal resolution, when you change to a lower resolution, only the middle display is available. It is suggested to use the recommended resolution.
Go to the start menu -> “Settings” -> “System” -> “Display” -> touch toggle to select the Recommended resolution after “Display resolution”.
