If the initial setup of the TV is failed, please
follow the below steps to do the troubleshooting.
- Press the Home button on the TV remote and
select Setting on the right corner.
- Select Device Preferences-->Factory Reset.
- If the TV still cannot initialize successfully,
check if the software of the TV is the latest one. The software could be
checked on the Device
Preferences-->About. If the software is not the latest one, we suggest
upgrading the software version to the latest one.
