If the TV remote does not work properly, please
follow the below methods to do the troubleshooting:
- Check whether the remote has a battery;
- Check whether the remote has a power supply. You
could push any button on the remote, and then use the camera on your mobile
phone to check if there is a red light on the top of the remote;
- If the remote has power supply but still does
not work, please check if the TV could be managed by using the APP TCL Home;
- If the TV could be managed by using the APP, the
TV remote is defective.
- If the TV cannot be managed by using the APP,
maybe the remote sensor of the TV is defective. Please contact the after-sales
team to do the warranty.
