What can I do if the TV cannot start up successfully from the standby status?

If your TV cannot start up successfully, please follow the methods below to do the troubleshooting:

1. Unplug the power cord from the socket and plug it back in to restart the TV.

2. Change another working TV remote to start up the TV.

3. If the TV still cannot start up successfully, please press the physical power button on the back of the TV.
