Key accountabilities
He/She is responsible to ensure the best service in the territory assigned by the company and be accountable to reach the targets and the success of the company.
Core Tasks :
Consumer Satisfaction
· Consumer-focused to path the road to continuous Customer Satisfaction improvement in the territory (including, but not limited to, Repair TAT reduction, NPS improvements …)
Sales Team Support
· In direct contact with Sales Team in charge of the Territory. Regular meeting (with minute of meetings) to review Sales needs, field issues, follow-up on action plans for improvements and problem-solving
· Escalate to European Service Management on local situation
Distributor After-Sales Conditions management
· Negotiation of After-Sales conditions with the key distributors within the Territory. Ensure that the conditions are in line with companie’s policies and drive negotiation till the end. Perform gap analysis when necessary and drive negotiation to reduce gap. Review solutions for solving the gaps with Sales team on one side and Service Management in the other side.
· Ensure that all Distributors in the Territory have the latest Service procedures and well aware about details.
· Follow-up on issues (problem-solving)
Repair Center (ASP) management
· Manage all aspects related to repair/service centers in the territory, included, but not limited to, daily operations, coaching on procedures, support, regular phone and face-to-face meeting, penalizing failures, repairs validation, payment follow-up.
· Be up-to-date on market trends, competitors’ service strategies and continuous benchmark in terms of costs and services,
· Administrative reporting to check each repair till its validation.
Cost (PnL)
· Be accountable for the territory PnL in line with company yearly targets.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
· BS / BA degree require
· Fluent in English & French is mandatory and not negotiable.
· 3 years work experience
· Experienced in Customer Service (preferably consumer electronics industry)
· Knowledge of the Service market
· Existing contacts with key Distributors in the Territory is a +.

Key Responsibilities:
The Online Marketing Executive will support with creating and implementing our strategy across digital channels, executing media plans and working closely with the team. Digital Marketing Strategy & Business Planning
· Lead the development and integration of search, display and site merchandising strategies to build comprehensive monthly/quarterly marketing plans supporting promotions and sales.
· Collaborate with local Marketing managers, Product teams, EU and HQ Marketing team and external agencies to optimize and execute plans to effectively align with core KPI’s (conversion, traffic and share of voice) and sales goals.
· Creating paid performance campaigns with social media channels and Google Ads (PPC) in line with business goals and budgets, working closely with the Marketing Manager
Enhance Online Package Design & Execution
· Support with retail readiness digital assets for maximizing product merchandising on retailer’s product detail pages.

Key Accountabilities :
Ensure the accountancy and payments for TCL Europe
· Check invoices (company title, cost center and VAT) and entries in Concur System
· Prepare all payments in FSSC system
· Ensure that there is always cash on the bank accounts of the company: send emails to China Department for the transfer
· Book payments and reconcile Bank Accounts
· Be the key contact of suppliers for any queries concerning payments
· Be the key contact of Concur users for any queries related to Concur system
· Clearing historical records and doing adjustment according to suggestions from finance controlling team
· Finishing monthly closing timely and accurately, including bank transaction bookings, bank reconciliation, prepayment booking, accrual booking
Ensure the reliability of fiscal declarations purchases and sales
· Provide Tax advisor (LRF) with all suppliers’ invoices, for VAT and DEB declarations
· Transmit all documents to LRF and do VAT reconciliations
Ensure preparation of :
· Car tax declaration (TVS)

Cost Analysis
· Cost analysis for expense types: Marketing expense; Commission; Environmental expense; Transportation expense
· Prepare necessary documents for expense monthly review and commission calculation
· Be available for expense controllers in China to provide the expense details and use information for analysis every month
· Provide analysis and information for annual fixed cost budget

Key accountabilities
