If you cannot turn off the TV via the TV remote, please follow the below methods to do the troubleshooting:

1. Check whether the TV remote works properly or not.

2. Press the physical power button on the back of the TV to check if you could turn off the TV or not.

3. Unplug the power cord from the socket and plug it back in.

4. Try to restore the TV to the factory default settings.

Press the Home  button and select SettingsàDevice PreferencesàFactory Reset.

5. If the TV has internet access, please check if there is a new version of software updated online or not.

Press the Home  button on the TV remote, and select Settings Device Preferences About System update Network Update:
