What should I do if I can not log in to the Home page?
1) Make sure 192.168.1.1 is entered correctly in the web browser.
2) Make sure the device is enabled. (Press for 3 seconds to power on or off your device.)
3) Check whether the connection between your device and your router is functioning properly.
-If the client and router are connected through Wi-Fi, check whether the WIFI indicator is on (solid blue) or go to the Wi-Fi connection page to check the connection status.
-If your device and router are connected through a USB cable, check whether the WIFI indicator is on (solid blue) and whether the USB cable is plugged in.
4) It is recommended to log in to the Home page using Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Firefox, Apple Safari, Opera.
