What can I do if the initial setup of the TV is failed?

If the initial setup of the TV is failed, please follow the below steps to do the troubleshooting:

1. Press the Home button on the TV remote and select Setting on the right corner;

2. Select Device Preferences-->Factory Reset;

3. If the TV still cannot initialize successfully, check if the software of the TV is the latest one. The software could be checked on the Device Preferences-->About. If the software is not the latest one, we suggest upgrading the software version to the latest one.
