What can I do if the TV cannot detect my wifi network?

If the TV cannot detect your wifi network, please follow the below methods to the troubleshooting:

1. Check whether the SSID of the wifi network is visible on your mobile phone. If not, please enable the SSID for your wifi network.

2. Try to change the wifi channel of your wifi network on the router.

3. Try to restore the TV back to the factory settings: press the Home button and select Settings Device Preferences Factory Reset.

4. If the TV has internet access, please check if there is a new version of software updated online or not.
