What can I do if there is no sound from the TV?

If the video has no sound on the TV, please follow the below methods to do the troubleshooting:

1. Check the volume on the TV to avoid muting the TV.

2. If you use an external speaker for the TV, please check if the external speaker works properly or not.

3. Try to restore the TV back to the factory settings: press the Home  button on the TV remote. Then select Settings Device Preferences Factory Reset.

4. If the TV has internet access, please check if there is a new version of software updated online or not.
