If the TV cannot play the audio from the USB drive successfully, please follow the below methods to do the troubleshooting:
1. Check whether the TV supports playing the format of the audio/video.
2. Change another video/audio that plays on the TV.
3. Change another USB drive or format the USB drive and try again.
4. If the TV has internet access, please check if there is a new version of software updated online or not.
Press the Home button on the TV remote, and select Settings Device Preferences About System update Network Update:
