If the video is fuzzy, please follow the below methods to do the troubleshooting:
1. Try to restore the TV back to the factory settings: press the Home button on the TV remote. Then select Settings Device Preferences Factory Reset.
2. Change another video to play on the TV and check the picture quality of the video.
3. Change another video source. For example, if you play the video from the HDMI connection, please try to play the video from the USB drive.
