If the TV has a snowy picture, please follow the below methods to do the troubleshooting:
1. Change to play another video and check the picture quality of the video.
2. Change another video source. For example, if you play the video from the HDMI connection, please try to play the video from the USB drive.
3. Change another cable to connect the video source to the TV if you have a spare one.
4. Try to restore the TV back to the factory settings: press the Home button and select Settings Device Preferences Factory Reset.
