What can I do if the TV stays on the startup screen?

If the TV stays on the start-up screen, please follow the below methods to do the troubleshooting:

1. If you connect a set-top box to the TV, please remove the set-top box to check whether the TV could start up successfully.

2. If the TV could start up successfully without the set-top box, we suppose that the set-top box is the root cause of the issue.

3. If the TV still cannot start up successfully, please try to unplug the power cord and plug it back in.
