This promotion is only valid for customers who:
Purchases any TCL Home Appliance or Air Conditioner product across participating outlets in UAE is eligible for a raffle coupon.
Are UAE residents’ 18 years old and above.
In order to get the raffle coupon, the customer shall:
It is mandatory to keep the shopping receipt showing the purchase of TCL product during the promotion period

Online customers will be registered automatically and will receive the coupons as per their eligibility.
Participants shall be responsible for giving complete and accurate information to participate in the Promotion.
A Receipt can be claimed only once.
Multiple bills on purchase of TCL products will be eligible for a raffle coupon registration.
The raffle coupons will be sent by email.
The raffle coupons will be sent out within 48 working hours of registration.
The customer needs to save the email for future use.
TCL is not responsible for raffle coupon delivery failure due to wrong information given by the customer.
Please note it’s preferable that users use their personal E-mail ID for registering. Using company or corporate E-mail address can lead the mail to be marked as spam due to the company’s respective policies.

The winner’s names will be also announced on TCL’s social media channels.
To claim the prize, as per government rules, the winner will need to come to the TCL office within the stipulated time (mentioned in the communication), with the following documents:
a. Emirates ID original.
b. Email from TCL intimating about winning the prize.
c. Original purchase invoice
If for any reason, the winner does not come to TCL office with the documents to claim the prize within the time frame specified, then he/she forfeits the prize.
Employees of TCL and participating retail outlets, as well as family members of employees are not eligible to participate in the promotion.
The campaign is applicable only in the UAE.
