What should I do if my TCL SmartProjector cannot connect to a wireless access point?
1. Ensure that the network cable is connected and the router is powered on.
2. Turn the router off and back on again. (Requires 2 to 3 minutes)
3. If a security key is required, make sure it has been entered correctly.
4. Unplug the Projector’s power cord and plug it back in or long-press the power button for at least 3 seconds.
5. Make sure that there is no electromagnetic wave generating device placed between the Projector and router.
