My earbuds cannot work or pair, how can I do?

Reset your phone to recover, this process deletes synchronized data and you will need to re-pair Bluetooth device.

1. Place the earbuds in the charging case with the lid open.

2. Press and hold the function button for 10 seconds.

3. Wait for the process to complete.

4. When reset completed, the LED indicator on the charging case will flashing red for 3 times.
