This means the SIM is locked.Log in to the Home page (Refer to "How can I access the Home page?" in the Basic Settings module) and enter your PIN code or PUK code. To obtain the PUK code, contact your network operator.
Note: If the incorrect PIN is entered 3 times you will be required to enter the PUK code. If the incorrect PUK code is entered 10 times the Micro SIM will be permanently blocked.
