What can I do if there is no response or unstable connection when my TCL NXTWEAR Air glasses connect to my smart phone?
No response:
1) Make sure your device support display port function; please contact the seller from which you bought your phone to check whether the phone supports the display port function.
2) Make sure your glasses was light up, please try to touch the light bulb button at the top right corner on the mobile phone, then the glasses will not go off automatically.
