If the LinkZone does not work properly, you can try restarting the device to solve the problem.
If you can't access the internet for unknown reasons, or forget the login password, you can restore the LinkZone to factory settings. To reset the LinkZone, you can also use a paperclip to press the reset button on the LinkZone for 3 seconds.
For restart:
Method 1: Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds, release it to power off your device; Press and hold the power button for 3 second, and release it to power on your device.
Method 2:
1) Log in to the Home page (refer to "How can I access the Home page?").
2) Go to System ->Restart & reset.
3) Click the Restart button
For reset:
Method 1: Use a paperclip to press the reset button for 3 seconds to factory reset the device, all LEDs will turn off, then all on with blue, finally the LEDs turn on according to actual status, and then the reset is completed.
Method 2:
1) Log in to the Home page (refer to "How can I access the Home page?").
2) Go to System ->Restart & reset.
3) Click the Reset button
