Please check if battery protection mode was enabled on your device. In order to extend the battery life, in battery protection mode, you device will stop charging when it reaches a certain battery level.
Go to “Settings”-> “Smart Manager”-> “Battery”-> “Battery health”-> select a charging mode you like.
