I would give zero stars if I could Have only had the television fir 3 months and it has never worked properly Turns itself off multiple times a day , volume disappears picture freezes Contacted call centre , was guided through full factory reset witch did nothing to improve That was almost 2 weeks ago , since then TCL have done absolutely nothing Their call centre is in the Philippines and they have no idea of Australian Consumer Law and just talk in circles , doing nothing Even when I said I felt like I was going to collapse and needed to call an ambulance the woman just kept talking I have not even been able to get a confirmation email of what action they are taking (which changes each time I phone ) I have had text messages every 2 days the whole time saying my case is being reviewed and to phone if I hear nothing in 48 hours If you even think of buying a TCL product , DO NOT WORST EXPERIENCE EVER in my 62 years of life
