If the video is fuzzy, please follow the below
methods to do the troubleshooting:
- Try to restore the TV back to the factory
settings: press the Home
button on the TV remote. Then select Settings-->Device Preferences-->Factory Reset.
- Change another video to play on the TV and check
the picture quality of the video.
- Change another video source. For example, if you
play the video from the HDMI connection, please try to play the video from the
USB drive.
