DESCRIPTION OF SWEEPSTAKES: This TCL® Hollywood Getaway Sweepstakes (hereinafter referred to as the “Sweepstakes”) is for entries submitted via online method only by visiting http://www.tclusa.com and clicking on the “Enter Sweepstakes” link, filling out the Gleam.io entry form, and following the instructions to complete the entry. Each entrant submitting a valid and qualifying entry will have the opportunity to win the Grand Prize (as defined below), or the Runner-Up Prize (as defined below).

The Grand Prize (the “Grand Prize”):

One entry will be randomly selected as the Grand Prize Winner to attend the Hollywood Viewing Party at the TCL® Chinese 6 Theatres in Los Angeles, California, on August 21, 2017, consisting of:

• Two (2) round-trip airplane tickets (for the Grand Prize winner and guest) to Los Angeles, California (specific Los Angeles-area airport(s) to be determined).
• Two (2) night’s stay at the Loews Hollywood Hotel (located at Hollywood & Highland in Hollywood, California), with check-in on August 20, 2017, and check-out on August 22, 2017.

The Sweepstakes will officially commence on August 4, 2017 at 9:00 AM (California Time), and will conclude on August 10, 2017 at 12:00 PM (California Time). The Grand Prize Winner, and Runner-Up Winner, will be randomly selected from all valid and qualifying entries on August 10, 2017. The Grand Prize winner, and the Runner-Up Prize winner, will first be contacted via the e-mail address submitted on each respective winner’s valid and qualifying entry form, and only after confirmation of receipt of notification will each respective Sweepstakes winner be announced, estimated to be at a time between August 10, 2017, and August 14, 2017.

CONSUMER DISCLOSURE: This is a game of chance. Odds of winning are based on the eligible number of valid, qualifying entries. For example, if there are 10,000 valid, qualifying entries, the chances of winning the Grand Prize or the Runner-Up Prize in the August 10, 2017 random drawing is one (1) chance in 10,000 (1 : 10,000) for each valid and qualifying entry. (each individually a “Social Media Entry Method”, and together, hereinafter referred to as the “Social Media Entry Methods”) submitted by visiting the www.Gleam.io website. Each Entrant is eligible to submit one (1) valid and qualifying entry per Social Media Entry Method. Entrants that submit more than one entry per Social Media Entry Method will be disqualified and all such entries by that entrant will become null and void.

VALID AND QUALIFYING ENTRIES: Entrants can enter the Sweepstakes via online method only by visiting http://www.tclusa.com and clicking on the “Enter Sweepstakes” link, and filling out the Gleam.io entry form and following the instructions to complete the entry.

Entrants must submit entries that are in good taste, with no graphic language or images, in order to be a qualifying and valid entry. All entries containing images or language considered graphic, or any elements that are deemed to be graphic in nature or otherwise in poor taste, will be void and disqualified from entry (“Non-Qualifying Entries”). All entrants must be twenty-one (21) years of age and older, and reside in the United States of America, in states not to include New York, Rhode Island, Florida, Alaska, and Hawaii. Entries from outside the United States of America, or from the states of New York, Rhode Island, Florida, Alaska, and Hawaii are not permitted and will be void. Void where prohibited. There will be one (1) random drawing from valid and qualifying entries to select one (1) Grand Prize winner, and one (1) random drawing from valid and qualifying entries to select one (1) winner of the Runner-Up Prize, on August 10, 2017. The Grand Prize winner, and the Runner-Up Prize winner, will be notified using the e-mail address provided by the corresponding entrant’s valid and qualifying entry form. The Grand Prize winner and the Runner-Up Prize winner each must respectively respond to Sponsor’s official notification within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of notification (“Deadline”). If any winner notification remains unanswered by the Deadline, the corresponding Grand Prize or Runner-Up Prize may be forfeited in its entirety. The Grand Prize and/or the Runner-Up Prize is not transferable; no Prize substitutions or cash alternatives are allowed. Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner, if the corresponding Grand Prize winner or the Runner-Up Prize winner does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of official notification. PRIZE AND RETAIL VALUE: The Grand Prize (as defined in the “Description of Sweepstakes” section above) has an estimated total retail value of $3,000.00 (U.S.), and the Runner-Up Prize has an estimated total retail value of $699.00 (U.S.). Each entrant submitting a valid and qualifying entry will have the opportunity to win the Grand Prize, or the Runner-Up Prize (also defined in the “Description of Sweepstakes” section above).

A total of one (1) Grand Prize, and one (1) Runner-Up Prize, will be awarded. The Grand Prize winner, and the winner of the Runner-Up Prize, will not receive the difference between actual and approximate retail value, if any. The Grand Prize winner, and the winner of the Runner-Up Prize, are each respectively expressly prohibited from selling, attempting to sell, or profiting from the sale of the right to redeem or claim their respective Prizes. All federal, state, and local taxes and fees, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner, and the Runner-Up Prize winner, respectively. Sponsor will comply with all income tax reporting obligations, if applicable. The Grand Prize winner, and the Runner-Up Prize winner (if applicable), agrees to provide the Sweepstakes Sponsor with a completed and signed IRS Form 1099 for tax reporting obligation.

GENERAL RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By entering the Sweepstakes, participants/entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, assigns, and agents (the “Released Parties”), from and against any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Sweepstakes or any Grand Prize or Runner-Up Prize won, including any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance or participation in any events, activities, meetings, transportation, accommodations, or any other items that may be a part of accepting or participating in activities included as part of the Grand Prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of this offer. In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with this Sweepstakes, or determines in its sole discretion and judgment to terminate the Sweepstakes, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes is undermined by any event including, but not limited to, fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, airport or airline closure(s), satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state or local government law, order or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor’s control (each, a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Sweepstakes without further obligation, and, if so, Sponsor reserves the right, but not the obligation, to award the Grand Prize and/or the Runner-Up Prize from among all valid and eligible entries received up to the time of such Force Majeure event, to not award a Grand Prize and/or Runner-Up Prize, or to substitute the Grand Prize and/or Runner-Up Prize with another prize or prizes offering approximately equivalent or near-equivalent retail or monetary value. The Grand Prize and Runner-Up Prize is not transferable by each respective Grand Prize or Runner-Up Prize winner to any individual, entity, or group.
