That’s why we are taking comprehensive steps in every area of our operations to make a difference to create a sustainable future.
Our products meet or exceed federal and state environmental statutes and regulatory guidelines, and we continue to enhance oversight of the manufacturing process to remove hazardous substances, keep conflict minerals out of our supply chain, reduce energy usage, and increase the volume and quality of our electronics recycling programs.
TCL strives to provide a high level of service to our customers and in the communities we serve, and we’ll continue to build on our legacy of environmental responsibility in 2023 and beyond.
TCL North America is dedicated to playing a leading role in shaping the electronics industry. TCL is proud to participate on the Consumer Technology Association’s Environmental Policy Committee, and to take a leadership role in shaping policy and industry positions through its activities on the Recycling Subcommittee. In Canada, TCL also holds a seat on the Environmental Policy Stewardship Canada (EPSC) board of directors. TCL’s seat on the Electronics Recycling Responsibility Organization (ERRO) board of directors helps guide manufacturer electronics recycling programs in states including Illinois and South Carolina.

TCL North America is a member of the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA), placing social, ethical, and environmental responsibilities at the forefront throughout its supply chain. Built on an extensive factory and general manufacturing auditing process, and bolstered by additional audits conducted by many of its major retail partners, TCL is ensuring consistent oversight of its extensive production capabilities.
