TCL QM7K Visa Gift Card Promo

1. Individuals (Participants) over the age of 18, lawfully residing in the United States of America (including Alaska, Hawaii and the District of Columbia and excluding Puerto Rico) who purchase a select qualifying TCL TV product listed in Table 1 below (Qualifying Product) from TCL.COM within the Promotion Period (as defined below) will be eligible to receive a free Visa Gift Card (“Visa Gift Card”) with US $500 face value (Reward), subject to full compliance with these Promotion Terms and Conditions (these Promotion Terms). For the avoidance of doubt, businesses, schools and religious or charitable organizations are excluded from this Promotion.

2. Purchases to qualify for a Reward must be made between March 10, 2025 (06:00:00 AM PST) and March 23, 2025 (11:59:59 AM PST) (Promotion Period).

3. The Promoter is TTE Technology, Inc., a Delaware corporation with offices at 189 Technology Drive, Irvine, CA 92618 (the Promoter).

4. Employees of TCL and anyone professionally connected with the Promotion or their immediate family members are not eligible to take part in the Promotion.

5. This Promotion will run in conjunction with all other warranties or returns policies, whether in-box, statutory or otherwise that are available to the Participant on the Qualifying Product purchased, but may not be used concurrently with any other offer on the same Qualifying Product.

6. Purchases from any location other than TCL.COM are specifically excluded from this Promotion.

7. If a Participant returns or cancels the delivery of a Qualifying Product within 30 days of the delivery date, the Participant is not entitled to receive the Visa Gift Card, and the Promoter shall reject any such request.

8. Rewards are expected to be sent to the e-mail or physical address provided by the Participant as part of the checkout process at the time of purchase, within 60 days after the delivery date of the Qualifying Product, and are subject to availability. The Promoter is not liable for Rewards not received due to the entry of an invalid or incorrect email or physical address. Rewards are non-transferable, non-modifiable, non-reimbursable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a reward of equal or greater value in the event the Reward becomes unavailable for any reason.

9. The Visa Gift Card is subject to its specific terms and conditions as provided by the card issues and is valid until its expiration date, after which the card will no longer be valid for use, and any remaining balance will be forfeited (unless otherwise prohibited by law).

10. Only the purchaser and legal owner of a Qualifying Product is eligible to take part in the Promotion.

11. The Promoter reserves the right to change these Promotion Terms without notice and with future effect.

12. If a Reward has not been received, it is the Participant’s responsibility to contact the Promoter by email at tclusasupport@tcl.com within 30 days after the 60th day from the delivery date of the Qualifying Product, otherwise the Reward shall be deemed void.

13. Unless otherwise specified, this Promotion may not be combined with any other promotion offered by the Promoter.

14. The Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify purchases that it considers fraudulent, an abuse of the spirit of the Promotion, or purchases that do not comply with these Promotion Terms. 

15. Participants will be solely responsible for all applicable taxes and any other relevant costs, expenses relating to Reward or the Promotion (unless otherwise stated in these Promotion Terms).

16. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not in any way be responsible or liable for any technical, hardware, software, server, website, or other failures or damage of any kind, even if the foregoing prevents, or otherwise obstructs, the Participant from participating in the Promotion. Further, Promoter is not responsible for electronic communications which are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind, or insufficient space in Participant’s e-mail account to receive e-mail messages. By participating in this Promotion, each entrant accepts the conditions stated in these Promotion Terms, agrees to be bound by the decisions of the Promoter and warrants that s/he is eligible to participate in this Promotion. By participating, to the extent allowed by applicable law, entrants hereby release and agree to hold harmless the Promoter, Visa, and each of their respective affiliates and subsidiaries, and each of their directors, employees, officers, and agents, including without limitation, from any and all liability, loss or damages arising from or in connection with the Promotion, including but not limited to the awarding, receipt, and/or use of the Reward.

17. All personal information collected by the Promoter for the purposes of this Promotion shall only be held and processed for the purposes of the Promotion and will be done so in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy available at: https://www.tcl.com/us/en/terms-privacy

18. These Promotion Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
