This Sweepstakes has a total of twelve (12) prizes with a total of twelve (12) distinctly different and randomly selected Prize winners (each referred to as a “Prize Winner” or “Sweepstakes Winner”). Each valid and qualifying entry that is submitted prior to each respective random Prize drawing is eligible for all respective future Prize drawings until this Sweepstakes concludes, unless previously selected as a Prize Winner in this Sweepstakes. Each entrant is eligible to win not more than one (1) Prize in this Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes will officially commence on Monday, December 6, 2021 at 10:00 AM (California Time), and will conclude on Tuesday, December 21, 2021 at 4:59 PM (California Time).

The Prize Winners will be randomly selected on December 6, 2021 at 5:00 PM (California Time), December 7, 2021 at 5:00 PM (California Time), December 8, 2021 at 5:00 PM (California Time), December 9, 2021 at 5:00 PM (California Time), December 10, 2021 at 5:00 PM (California Time), December 13, 2021 at 5:00 PM (California Time), December 14, 2021, December 15, 2021 at 5:00 PM (California Time), December 16, 2021 at 5:00 PM (California Time), December 17, 2021 at 5:00 PM (California Time), December 20, 2021 at 5:00 PM (California Time), and December 21, 2021 at 5:00 PM (California Time). As the number of valid, qualifying entries increases during the Sweepstakes, the corresponding odds of winning a Prize is thereby decreased. There is no method of accurately forecasting the total number of valid, qualifying entries. For example, if an entrant submits one (1) valid and qualifying entry on December 6, 2021, at 11:00 AM (California Time), and there are a total of 10,000 valid, qualifying entries prior to the December 6, 2021, random drawing, the chances of that entrant winning a Prize in the December 6, 2021, random drawing is one (1) chance in 10,000 (1: 10,000). HOW TO ENTER: Entrants can enter the Sweepstakes via online method only by visiting the gleam.io entry page and following the instructions to complete one (1) or more entries. Entrants that submit more than one (1) entry per Social Media Entry Method will be disqualified and all such entries by that entrant will become null and void.

VALID AND QUALIFYING ENTRIES: Entrants can enter the Sweepstakes via online method only by visiting the gleam.io entry page and following the instructions to complete one (1) or more entries. Each entrant is eligible to win not more than one (1) Prize in the Sweepstakes. Entrants must submit entries that are in good taste, with no graphic language or images, in order to be a qualifying and valid entry. All entries containing images or language considered graphic, or any elements that are deemed to be graphic in nature or otherwise in poor taste, will be void and disqualified from entry (“Non-Qualifying Entries”). Any valid entry submitted after December 15, 2021, at 4:59 PM (California time) will be eligible for the December 16, 2021, December 17, 2021, December 20, 2021, and December 21, 2021, drawings only.

The deadline for the submission of entries for the December 16, 2021 drawing is December 16, 2021, at 4:59 PM (California time). Any valid entry submitted after December 16, 2021, at 4:59 PM (California time) will be eligible for the December 17, 2021, December 20, 2021, and December 21, 2021, drawings only.

The deadline for the submission of entries for the December 17, 2021 drawing is December 17, 2021, at 4:59 PM (California time). Any valid entry submitted after December 17, 2021, at 4:59 PM (California time) will be eligible for the December 20, 2021, and December 21, 2021, drawings only.

The deadline for the submission of entries for the December 20, 2021 drawing is December 20, 2021, at 4:59 PM (California time). Any valid entry submitted after December 20, 2021, at 4:59 PM (California time) will be eligible for the December 21, 2021, drawing only.

The deadline for the submission of entries for the December 21, 2021 drawing is December 21, 2021, at 4:59 PM (California time).

ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States of America who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Void in New York, Rhode Island, Florida, Alaska, and Hawaii, and where prohibited. Entries from New York, Rhode Island, Florida, Alaska, and Hawaii will not be permitted, will not be considered valid, and will not be eligible for entry in this Sweepstakes. Entries from outside the United States of America, or from United States territories, are not permitted and will be void. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor and Sponsor’s parent companies and affiliates are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Each entrant submitting a valid and qualifying entry is eligible to win not more than one (1) Prize in the Sweepstakes.

SWEEPSTAKES TIMING: Entries for the Sweepstakes will be accepted commencing at 10:00 AM (California Time) on December 6, 2021, and the deadline for entering the Sweepstakes with a valid and qualifying entry is 4:59 PM (California Time) on December 21, 2021. The Prize Winners will first be contacted via the e-mail address in which the valid qualifying entry is submitted.

Entries for the Sweepstakes will be accepted commencing at 12:00 PM (California Time) on December 6, 2021, and the deadline for entering the Sweepstakes with a valid and qualifying entry is 4:59 PM (California Time) on December 21, 2021.

The deadline for the submission of entries for the December 21, 2021 drawing is December 21, 2021, at 4:59 PM (California time).

SWEEPSTAKES WINNERS, PRIZE SELECTION, AND NOTIFICATION: This is a game of chance. Odds of winning are based on the eligible number of valid, qualifying entries. The Prize Winners will be chosen at random using the Random.org website. There will be a total of twelve (12) random drawings from valid and qualifying entries to select each of the twelve (12) Prize Winners. Each entrant is eligible to win not more than one (1) Prize in the Sweepstakes. Each Prize Winner will be notified using the e-mail address provided in each entrant’s corresponding valid and qualifying entry form. Each Prize Winner must respond to Sponsor’s official notification within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of notification (“Deadline”). If any Prize Winner notification remains unanswered by the Deadline, the Prize for the non-responding Prize Winner may be forfeited in its entirety. The Prize(s) is/are not transferable; no Prize substitutions or cash alternatives are allowed. Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner if a Prize Winner does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of official notification. A total of twelve (12) Prizes will be awarded to twelve (12) separate Prize Winners in the Sweepstakes. The Prize Winners will not receive the difference between actual and approximate retail value, if any. Each Prize Winner is expressly prohibited from selling, attempting to sell, or profiting from the sale of the right to redeem or claim the Prize. Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner if a Prize Winner attempts to sell the right to redeem or claim the Prize. All federal, state, and local taxes and fees, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of each Prize Winner. Sponsor will comply with all income tax reporting obligations, if applicable. Each Prize Winner agrees to provide the Sweepstakes Sponsor with a completed and signed IRS Form 1099 for tax reporting obligations (if applicable), and agrees to complete and return to the Sweepstakes Sponsor any other IRS forms, if applicable.

RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By entering the Sweepstakes, participants/entrants indemnify, release, and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and assigns (together, the “Released Parties”), from and against any and all liability for any injuries, loss, claims, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Sweepstakes, the advertising and/or promotion of this Sweepstakes, or any Prize won, including any injuries, loss, claims, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance or use of the Prize. All participants/entrants further agree that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of the entrant entering and participating in the Sweepstakes, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorneys’ fees. Participants/entrants waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. The laws of the State of California (USA), without regard to its conflict of law rules, will govern these Terms. All participants/entrants agree to, and acknowledge that, any action relating to this Sweepstakes shall be initiated only in the state and federal courts located in Riverside County, California (USA).

ONLINE REGISTRATION: This Sweepstakes is intended for viewing in the United States of America only and shall be construed and evaluated according to U.S. law. Do not enter this Sweepstakes if you are not a resident of the United States of America, or if you reside in one (1) or more of the following states: New York, Rhode Island, Florida, Alaska, or Hawaii.
