2. HOW TO ENTER: This Sweepstakes is for entries submitted via online method only by filling out the Gleam.io entry form and following the instructions to complete each valid and qualifying entry. Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the account and/or e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. In the event of a dispute, the potential Prize Winner may be required to provide proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the identified account and/or e-mail address, and Sponsor’s decision will be final. Each entrant submitting a valid and qualifying entry will have the opportunity to win one of the prizes described below in Section 6: PRIZES. Beginning on December 1, 2022 at 12:00pm (PT) through December 10, 2022 at 11:59pm (PT), log on to any of the TCL social media channels listed below, click on the icon for the TCL Season of Giving Sweepstakes and follow the on-screen entry instructions. Fill in all required information. The TCL social media channels, methods of entry (“Entry Methods”) and point values for each Entry Method are as follows:

Except for the two Entry Methods described above which are valued at ten (10) points per entry, each Entry Method is worth one (1) point. You may enter more than once through different Entry Methods; however, no more than one entry per Entry Method per person is permitted. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method or entering more than the number of times permitted will void all entries and result in disqualification. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. Entrants submitting more than one (1) entry per Entry Method will be disqualified and all such entries by that entrant will become null and void.

Entrants must submit entries that are in good taste, with no graphic language or images, in order to be a qualifying and valid entry. All entries containing images or language considered graphic, or any elements that are deemed to be graphic in nature or otherwise in poor taste, will be void and disqualified from entry (“Non-Qualifying Entries”). All entries may be reviewed by a three-person panel comprised of employees of Sponsor to eliminate any Non-Qualifying Entries. The prize winners will be chosen at random from valid and qualifying entries. Entrants bear any and all liability for the posting and/or submission (including re-posting or forwarding) of photos and/or entries containing individuals that have not expressly provided their permission to be included in the photo or image.

CONSUMER DISCLOSURE: This is a game of chance. Odds of winning one (1) prize are based on the eligible number of valid, qualifying entries. As the number of valid, qualifying entries increases during the Sweepstakes, the corresponding odds of winning a prize is thereby decreased. There is no method of accurately forecasting the total number of valid, qualifying entries. For example, if an entrant submits one (1) valid and qualifying entry and there are a total of 10,000 valid, qualifying entries, the chances of that entrant winning a prize in the December 12, 2022, random drawing is one (1) chance in 10,000 (1: 10,000). All valid, qualifying entries received during the Sweepstakes are eligible for each random drawing. Entry is only eligible for the drawing after valid and qualifying entry has been submitted.

3. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the United States of America only (not to include the states of New York, Rhode Island, Florida, Alaska, and Hawaii), except where prohibited, Any entries received from outside the United States of America, or from within the states of New York, Rhode Island, Florida, Alaska, and Hawaii, will not be included in this Sweepstakes. If you are (i) not located within the United States of America or (ii) a resident of New York, Rhode Island, Florida, Alaska, or Hawaii, do not enter this Sweepstakes. All entrants must be 18 years of age and older as of December 1, 2022 to enter. Employees of Sponsor, including its parent companies and affiliates, and members of employees’ immediate family or persons living in the same household are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Each entrant submitting a valid and qualifying entry is eligible to win one (1) prize in the Sweepstakes.
4. DRAWING: A random drawing will be conducted on or about December 12, 2022 by Sponsor to select the winners from among all eligible entries received. This is a game of chance and the odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Potential winners will be notified by email and must sign and return any required Affidavit of Eligibility and Release within seventy-two (72) hours of the date notice is sent or such other date set by Sponsor. Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of prize and Sponsor shall have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner. The return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. All federal, state, and local taxes and fees, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of each prize pinner. Sponsor will comply with all income tax reporting obligations, if applicable. Each prize winner agrees to provide the Sponsor with a completed and signed IRS Form 1099 for tax reporting obligations (if applicable), and agrees to complete and return to the Sponsor any other IRS forms, if applicable. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters. Acceptance of a prize also constitutes permission to the Sponsor to use winner's name, likeness, and biographical information for marketing purposes without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants waive all right to, and hold the Sponsor harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any problem or technical malfunction of any computer equipment or software that results in loss of entry. In the event of termination, winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received as of date of termination. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning entrant, entries will be declared made by the name on the online entry form.
6. PRIZES: A prize consists of only those items specifically listed as part of the “Grand Prize” and “Second-Place Prize” described herein. Fifteen (15) prizes will be awarded to fifteen (15) winners as set forth below; the total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of all prizes is $3,599.70 USD. Limit one prize per family or household. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted by winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only two (2) alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain un-awarded. The prizes will be awarded as follows:

  • One (1) pair of Move Audio S18 headphones (model # TW18-3BLCUS4) – $59.99 ARV

Prize winners will not receive the difference between actual and approximate retail value, if any. Each winner is expressly prohibited from selling, attempting to sell, or profiting from the sale of the right to redeem or claim the prize. Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner if a winner attempts to sell the right to redeem or claim the prize.

7. CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM: Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of California, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Entrant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Orange County, California.
