TCL is looking for a Supply Chain Financial Specialist to play a critical role in optimizing the financial performance of our supply chain operations. This involves ensuring the effective allocation of resources, driving cost efficiencies, managing budgets, and implementing financial controls to support key supply chain objectives. The Specialist collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and order management, to align financial strategies with overall supply chain goals.

Duties may include but are not limited to:

Financial Analysis & Reporting:

  • Collect and enter invoice information for processing.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports related to supply chain performance.
  • Track and report on budget performance, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analysis for various supply chain processes and projects

Cost Optimization:

  • Analyze cost structures within the supply chain, identifying areas for potential cost reductions or efficiency improvements.
  • Monitor inventory levels and associated carrying costs to optimize inventory turnover.

Financial Forecasting & Planning:

  • Provide financial insights to support strategic supply chain planning and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with supply chain managers to develop financial forecasts and scenarios for the short and long term.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with order management, logistics, and operations teams to align financial objectives with supply chain strategies.
  • Provide training and support on financial matters related to supply chain management.

Qualification/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or supply chain management.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain software is desirable.
  • Knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting within a supply chain context.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
