Senior Quality Control Engineer
The Senior QC Engineer will work closely with our seasoned professionals and play a vital role in researching, conducting, and implementing innovative solutions to optimize production and analysis strategies. This individual will be responsible for directing and presenting projects to accomplish objectives, developing advanced manufacturing processes to improve consumer product quality, and performing market trend analyses. This role requires extensive knowledge and experience in Consumer Products and related fields.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support for development of NPI: Establishing and improving local testing environment; Conducting local tests and validating NPI and after-sales firmware; Organizing and guaranteeing OOBE/OOBA and Home Test requirements; Establishing certification support and rating for new products
- Identifying and efficiently responding to product issues: Perfecting quality data system and analysis procedure; Conducting statistical analysis of early market data for new products and defective rates; Conducting return trend analysis, defective product analysis, defective mode analysis, and trend management; Conducting after-sales maintenance quick support, local technical support; Drive UE improvement
- Market Research and Data Collecting: Regional market perception and product competition analysis; Planning, researching, collecting and analyzing UE and summarizing user key requirements; Assisting HQ with obtaining and converting rating standards to product design factors; Assisting HQ with tracking and converting industrial laws to product design references; Tracking regional CTQ accumulation

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Education: BS in Electrical Engineering/Computer Service & Software or equivalent major and/or experience
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong discussion, summarization and presentation skills are essential to effectively engage with team members and external stakeholders; Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese preferred
- Expertise: knowledgeable in Consumer Products (TV); ability to implement and execute corresponding market strategies
- Industry Experience: Minimum 5 years of industry experience with a focus on quality assurance and/or product development; Familiarity with Android/Linux operation system preferred; Experienced in Consumer Products (TV) test standards in the US
- Specialized Experience: Oversight of Consumer Products concepts to manufacturing; Experience in TV Hardware, Software, Backlight, PQ, AQ; Understands US product market access requirements
- Proactive and Self-Motivated: Organization and coordination skills; ability to navigate complex tasks and potential issues
- Logistical Requirements: US Driver’s license preferred
