TCL is looking for a qualified Sales Support Manager to join our team. TCL is looking for a high-performing Sales Support Manager to help us achieve our growth targets in television and audio, with prior experience working with Walmart. This person will be responsible for supporting the Sales Team with data analysis, revenue analysis, forecasting and data management. In addition, they are responsible for assisting the sales team in formulating innovative business development strategies. This position will be responsible for maximizing TCL’s marketing, advertising, events, and budgets while ensuring TCL is represented as a top tier leader in the industry. To be successful in this role, one must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work with all levels and departments of the organization. In addition, the Sales Support Manager uses sound judgment, is detailed oriented and demonstrates discretion and professionalism in handling highly sensitive and confidential information.
Duties may include but are not limited to:
- Supporting sales strategy: This includes setting and tracking sales targets, budgets, forecasts, and plans
- Analyzing sales data on a daily/weekly basis while providing insights and recommendations based on those findings.
- Support Sales, Marketing, Order Management, Accounting as well as Customer Service
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships with merchant and supply teams of National Retail Accounts in addition to Walmart US
- Work with and regularly communicate to Retailer Inventory and Replenishment Managers on issues, events, and planning
- Work with customer, product marketing, brand marketing and internal teams to ensure timely, retailer compliant, accurate SKU set ups. Monitor and update product details online and in store.
- Work with Customer Vendor Portals (eg. Retail Link) to set up new models, manage orders and run reports to support and aid replenishment functions and sales efforts
- Manage and track Walmart import orders
- Coordinate customer sales efforts with various internal TCL team members/departments.
- Track and analyze in-store and online pricing, assortment plans, and marketing initiatives from our competitors
- Manage department related expenses in Concur portal
- Ensure organization-wide programs and events are administered, representing TCL as a world class consumer electronics brand
Qualification/Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to work independently
- Prioritizing, time management, follow-up and organizational skills are a must.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, collaborative, strategic, results-oriented
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel in particular)
- Retail Link expertise required. Expert level of knowledge of Retail Link systems and other software/apps related to order management/demand planning/logistics/supply chain/QMS Quotes/Import Global Supplier Specification/Item 360/Nova.
- Luminate knowledge is required.
- Experience in demand planning/forecasting, and inventory management
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to keep up with a fast-paced environment
- BS/BA degree or equivalent Walmart experience
- Sam’s Club experience is a plus
- Located in Bentonville, AR or adjacent area.
