TCL is seeking a Marketing Assistant who will play a vital role in supporting the marketing team by analyzing trends and performance reports. This individual will be responsible for gathering data, preparing detailed reports, and offering valuable insights to enhance our marketing strategies. The Marketing Assistant is an essential member of the marketing team, and the ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about driving marketing success.

Duties may include but are not limited to:

Data Analysis:

  • Collect and analyze data from various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, website analytics, and market research.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.

Performance Reporting:

  • Prepare detailed performance reports on marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Present findings to the marketing team and other stakeholders.

Market Research:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with other team members to ensure the timely delivery of marketing materials.
  • Provide administrative support as needed.

Campaign Support:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualification/Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably with a focus on data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics, email marketing software).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and other data analysis tools.
