Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Work with the supply chain group, quality and packaging teams as well as the sales teams to facilitate smooth operations with our distribution center or 3PL.
  • Manage special projects such as repackaging or re-flashing device software as needed, including process and cost quotes.
  • Ensure that the Item Master, which is the list for all the devices models and related material part numbers, is up to date and communicated to 3PL in a timely manner. Provide ad hoc data as requested and work to resolve any discrepancies that are discovered.
  • Ensure the monthly invoices from MT are accurate, including regular, special projects and Ecom.
  • Ensure that Inventory at 3PL facility is accurate. Conduct bi-annual physical inventory count. Resolve inventory discrepancies within the required timeframe to facilitate inventory accuracy.
  • Managing aging inventory accounts with HQ and 3PL for quarterly updates.
  • Provide custom and ad hoc reporting to various business units as necessary.
  • Work with 3PL to provide cost control and cost saving opportunities.
  • Assist IT to set up and resolve any issues with ASN/EDI transmission and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • Expert knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Operation and Finance background for Invoice review.
  • Possess acute sense of urgency; balance multiple priorities and collaborate well with others; creatively and diplomatically solve problems to successfully meet the changing business needs.
  • Excellent relationship management, project management, and facilitation skills with ability to inspire teams and deliver a synchronized leadership approach to align business plans and manage risk; balance multiple responsibilities while maintaining focus on priorities.
  • Influential communicator for facilitating team consensus at all levels. Mandarin and Spanish speaking is preferred.

Working Conditions

  • This role will typically be performed at our 3PL location.
  • Up to 10% of the traveling.
  • Some oversea night calls needed.

Cognitive and Physical Demands

  • Daily/majority of the day: sitting, computer work, keyboarding, typing, wrist flexing/extension and other repetitive movements
  • Daily/consistent: Use of professional judgement in alignment with TCT Mobile, Inc. values and policies.
  • Frequently: Learning new software applications and recalling important processes.
  • Occasionally: kneeling, standing, reaching, twisting, grasping, and lifting (up to 20 pounds).
