Position Summary:

TCL North America (the Company) is looking for a Go-To-Market (GTM) manager who will work with a variety of stakeholders across the organization, from Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, and Marketing to launch hardware products and manage the after-launch analytics. As a GTM manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of TCL within the North American market.

Duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Assess top-down market sizing and opportunities, competitive positioning, consumer trends, and product strengths/weaknesses to inform strategic priorities and opportunities
  • Create cross-functional Go-To-Market plans, including goal setting, cross-functional business planning, trade-offs, prioritization of opportunities, and scenario analysis. Work with executive management and business stakeholders to align on launch plans
  • Define and set up measurement milestones, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for launch initiatives and activities
  • Lead the business cadence of annual/quarterly/weekly planning and course corrections, and lead business readouts to executive leadership, extracting trends and insights, and identifying opportunities to grow the business
  • Deploy learning strategies to gain more information about the market, such as market segmentation, market development, market refinement, and competitive intelligence analysis

Qualification/Requirements:

Minimum qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 4+ years of experience in consumer electronics, or equivalent industry

  • Organized and methodical with an ability to drive clarity and accountability around goals, success criteria, workstreams, and timelines for themselves and others
  • Experience working in a sales-operations, product demand/supply planning, production and/or inventory management capacity
